How to use Zoom

Connect Cronos with Zoom to create a unique conferencing link for each booking

When invitees schedule with you, they will receive location details in their confirmation notification. The unique link will be included in your confirmation email and on the Google Calendar event.

How to Connect

To connect, the Zoom account admin needs to search for Cronos in the Zoom App Marketplace. Toggle the Pre-Approve switch, then click "Visit Site to Install" to return to Cronos and complete the connection. Once connected, you can choose Zoom as the location for any of your events to generate a dynamic conference link for each meeting. Invitees will receive full meeting details in their confirmation notification after scheduling.

How to Disconnect

If you disconnect your Zoom account from Cronos, you will no longer be able to generate dynamic conference links for meetings. To disconnect, log in to your Zoom account and go to the Zoom App Marketplace. Click on "Manage" > "Installed Apps" or search for the Cronos app. Select the Cronos app and click "Uninstall."
